11. Roller brush cover: The brush cover is made of high-strength steel, in an arc shape, with a smooth surface. The entire outer cover is formed by a single sheet and is not spliced. It has good anti-corrosion performance and is protected by a formed frame on the outside of the brush cover.

When not in operation, simply insert a fixed pin into the connection hole to fix and store the roller brush. When in operation, simply pull out the fixed pin and the support feet can be removed.

The bristles feature good wear resistance, high flexibility and bending resistance, cause no damage to road surfaces, and are resistant to low temperature and aging.
(3)All control devices for the roller brush are installed inside the cab. The lifting, swinging, tilting and rotation of the roller brush are all controlled by electro-hydraulic control valves.
(4)The support wheels of the roller brush adopt rubber tires, which rotate synchronously. The contact area with the ground is adjustable. Maximum deflection angle of the roller brush: 35°.
(5)The painted surface of the roller brush features firm and even coating, attractive appearance, as well as excellent corrosion resistance, dust resistance, scratch resistance and moisture resistance.
(6)The roller brush is equipped with road profiling function, which can automatically adapt to uneven road surfaces.
(7)The roller brush is fitted with a manual hydraulic compensation function. The bristle ground clearance is adjustable in multiple stages. It can be operated manually from the cab or automatically via the intelligent system for easy operation.
(8)It is equipped with a linkage control function between roller brush speed and vehicle traveling speed. The roller brush speed increases or decreases correspondingly with the rise and fall of vehicle speed, so as to achieve optimal snow removal effect, reduce bristle wear, extend service life and save energy consumption.
