(1)The equipment body is constructed from high-strength steel with integral welding and anti-corrosion treatment. It features light weight and high structural strength, and can effectively prevent material embrittlement under low temperatures down to -60°C.Reinforcement ribs are arranged on the side of the body to withstand impacts between the roller brush and ground protrusions during snow removal, avoiding deformation and damage. In addition, the surface of the machine is coated with low-temperature-resistant anti-rust paint. Even with long-term exposure to snow, ice and deicing agents, it can resist rust efficiently and extend service life.
(2)The remote control operation panel adopts a modular design with concentrated layout of key buttons and instrument panels, delivering simple and intuitive operation.
(3)The core advantage that distinguishes self-powered snow sweeping roller brushes from traditional towed snow removal equipment lies in their built-in independent power system. They do not require traction from external vehicles and can move and operate independently, greatly improving snow-clearing efficiency and flexibility. This roller brush can be matched with dump trucks, loaders and other vehicles.
(4)As the core working component of the equipment, the roller brush features bristles made of highly elastic and wear-resistant plastic with a wire diameter of 3 mm. It can not only sweep heavy snow forcefully but also break thin ice layers effectively.The roller brush has a diameter of 815 mm, with a single cleaning width ranging from 3200 mm to 3752 mm. Its hourly working efficiency reaches 8,000 to 15,000 square meters, equivalent to the cleaning output of 20 workers.In addition, the angle of the roller brush can be adjusted from 0° to 30° via the hydraulic system, which pushes snow to one side directionally for subsequent centralized disposal and prevents secondary snow accumulation.
(5)The bottom of the roller brush adopts an inflatable tire support design, which is suitable for hardened pavements with fast traveling speed and flexible steering. Four inflatable support wheels are equipped, and each support wheel can rotate 360 degrees.
(6)The snow shield of the roller brush is made of stainless steel, featuring light weight, elegant appearance and excellent corrosion resistance. The angle of the snow shield is adjustable to throw snow out more efficiently.
(7)The clutch is an automatic speed-sensing clutch, not a mechanical friction plate type nor gearbox type.
