(1)The shovel plate is designed to prevent snow from spilling over the top. It adopts an integrated large-curved plate structure, which effectively stops snow overflow at high working speeds. The curved top of the snow shovel keeps flying snow off the vehicle's front windshield, ensuring a clear view for operators.
(2) The cutting edge is made of MN550 steel, featuring excellent wear resistance, low temperature resistance and impact resistance.
(3)The snow shovel adopts a parallel four-bar linkage structure and a sectional independent obstacle avoidance design. Each section can avoid obstacles separately without interfering with the operation of others, and all sections feature automatic flipping and automatic reset for obstacle avoidance.
(4Equipped with curb anti-collision and pavement expansion joint anti-embedding mechanisms.Working principle: When the cutting edge falls into wide pits, the limit block, which is wider than the pit, stops the snow shovel from dropping further, thus preventing damage to the equipment.
(5) It is equipped with a hydraulic forced down pressure function.
