(1)The snow shovel adopts a connecting rod structure design, making it more stable and reliable and improving operational safety.
(2) The vertical height and left-right deflection angle of the snow shovel are both adjustable. Operators can complete all operations including lifting, swinging and gravity lowering of the pusher blade via the control panel inside the cab.
(3)The swing mechanism of the snow shovel keeps the cutting edge in full contact with the road surface. When the road is uneven or the vehicle jolts and tilts, the profiling plate structure adjusts automatically to keep the shovel closely attached to the road at all times. This avoids excessive cutting force that could damage the cutting edge and road surface, and prevents the blade from lifting off and failing to clear snow. It also protects connecting parts from impact damage while delivering optimal snow removal performance.

(5) Obstacle avoidance mode: Segmented blade automatic obstacle avoidance + cutting edge automatic flip obstacle avoidance.The snow shovel is divided into four sections. When encountering obstacles during operation, each section can avoid obstacles independently. If one or more cutting edges hit road studs, speed bumps, pavement joints or foreign objects, they will flip up automatically under external force to cross the obstacles, while the remaining sections keep working normally. The maximum obstacle avoidance height is 120 mm. This effectively reduces damage caused by collision and friction between the shovel and ground obstacles, and improves working efficiency.Each section is equipped with heavy-duty springs to ensure flexible flipping of the blade plates.
(6)Anti-collision and bridge expansion joint crossing devices are installed on both sides of the snow shovel.When the snow shovel encounters obstacles or bridge expansion joints during operation, these devices make contact first and enable the whole shovel to automatically lift and pass over barriers. This prevents direct impact between the cutting edge and obstacles, avoids the blade from getting stuck in bridge expansion joints, and extends the service life of the snow shovel.
