This snow removal truck adopts a Dongfeng Kinland chassis. 3.Powerful snowblower
The mid-mounted snow blower unit adopts a new structural design and is installed between the front and rear axles of the chassis. It consists of a fan assembly, middle air duct assembly, left and right side air ducts, flow guide duct assembly, flow guide duct lifting mechanism assembly, and driving oil cylinders.
The fan is driven by a hydraulic motor. The middle air duct assembly is connected underneath the fan and equipped with hydraulically actuated air dampers to switch the blowing direction of snow-blowing airflow. The left and right side air ducts telescope from the left and right outlets of the middle air duct, which are inclined downward. The telescoping movement of the side air ducts simultaneously serves as vertical lifting. When both side air ducts are fully retracted, the vehicle enters the transit state.
A flow guide duct assembly is mounted below the middle air duct assembly, aligned with the nozzles of the left and right side air ducts. It restricts the direction of high-velocity airflow and keeps wind close to the ground for snow removal, greatly improving snow blowing performance.
During operation, only one side air duct extends and lowers at a time, so the flow guide duct slides left or right to match left-side or right-side snow blowing operations. For transit and road transport to comply with vehicle official filing standards, the flow guide duct can be lifted and centered on the vehicle body.
Since the flow guide duct operates at a low height close to the ground, an obstacle avoidance function is integrated to handle road obstructions. The obstacle avoidance mechanism of the flow guide duct adopts a hydraulic cylinder-driven suspension cable structure.
4.Front tipping snow shovel (4000mm)
Feeding mode of spreader: Adopts scraper chain treated with Dacromet technology, anti-slip and stable in conveying capacity.Spinner disc material: Stainless steel.Main body material: 4mm thick carbon steel. Parts contacting deicing agent feature high anti-corrosion performance.Spreading volume is adjustable in real time.
