Integrated Snow Removal Vehicle
The comprehensive snow removal vehicle is composed of 18-25 ton dump truck chassis or other special and commercial vehicle chassis, along with some snow removal devices. It includes various types of vehicles such as car snow removal vehicles, truck snow removal vehicles, box truck snow removal vehicles, and industrial snow removal vehicles, and belongs to medium and large-sized snow removal vehicles.
The upper part is divided into a front snow removal roller brush (3-meter - 3.5-meter roller brush) or a front snow removal shovel (3-meter - 3.6-meter snow removal shovel), which can be quickly interchanged. There are also rear-mounted snow-melting spreader (10-12 cubic meter snow-melting spreader), middle side shovel (2.4 meters -3 meters side shovel), and waist shovel (3.3 meters waist shovel).

Model JYJ5257TCXF2 snow removal vehicle is built on the SINOTRUK HOWO ZZ3257V434GF1 chassis. It is equipped with a snow plow and a snow sweeping roller brush at the front, and a spreader mounted on the cargo compartment. Quick hydraulic connectors are fitted at both the front and rear of the vehicle, enabling rapid interchange between the front-mounted snow plow and snow sweeping roller brush, as well as snow removal operations with the rear-mounted spreader.

1.Front snow plow
The height and left-right deflection angle of the snow shovel are adjustable. Its lifting height exceeds 300mm, and the deflection angle ranges from -30° to +30°.All operations including lifting, swinging and gravity landing of the pushing plate can be completed by a single operator inside the cab.The curved plate is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant Q345 steel plate with a thickness of 4mm, featuring wider, higher and sturdy structure.The snow shovel is equipped with forced pressing and ground profiling function.
2.Front snow roller brush
The roller brush features forced pressing and automatic ground pressure adjustment. Model XK90PXJ snow blower is a medium-sized snow removal equipment developed by Weifang Xiangkai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is mounted on 18-ton and 25-ton heavy truck chassis for winter snow clearing. It can realize long-distance snow conveying and vehicle snow loading.Powered by the truck chassis without an independent engine, it is interchangeable with existing snow removal vehicles. It features easy installation and expands the working functions of snow vehicles.
4.Rear deicing agent spreader
Feeding mode of spreader: Adopts scraper chain treated with Dacromet technology, anti-slip and stable in conveying capacity.Spinner disc material: Stainless steel.Main body material: 4mm thick carbon steel.
