The airport runway multi-functional deicing liquid spuser is equipped with a Sinotruk Howo National V chassis, eight imported PE material water storage tanks, and a complete set of water spraying devices including front spray, middle spray and rear spray at the bottom, as well as a de-icing liquid spraying device. The rear part is equipped with an upper and lower spray device, as well as left and right fire pressure water supply pipes. The front part is equipped with a 30-meter high-pressure water gun. The front end is equipped with a quick-change hydraulic interface and a multi-functional hanging board. It can be fitted with a quick-change snow pusher or an optional snow sweeping roller brush and other snow removal devices.

Introduction to De-icing Fluid Spreading System
（1）The spreading system is equipped with no less than five spreading modes. The maximum spreading width reaches 24 meters when the spray booms on both sides of the vehicle are fully extended.
(2) Operating speed of the spreading system: 15 ~ 50 km/h,Spraying pressure: 3.5 bar,Spreading rate: 10 ~ 50 g/m².
(3)When fully loaded with de-icing fluid and operating at a spreading rate of 30 g/m², the vehicle can cover a runway length of 16,000 meters in a single run.
(4) Number of spray nozzles: 5 nozzles at the rear middle; 6 nozzles on each rear side; 6 nozzles at the end of each left and right extending arm.
(5)The spray booms are extended and retracted via the control panel in the cab, and their outer ends can be hydraulically lifted by pressing the buttons on the panel.
(6)All operations can be performed inside the cab. Once the spraying dosage per unit area is set, it remains constant at different operating speeds. To ensure even distribution of de-icing fluid, the spraying width and flow rate can be adjusted automatically.
(7)The vertical distance between the outermost spray units (the lowest spray devices when the spray booms are fully extended) and the runway surface shall not exceed 350 millimeters.
(8)The spray booms are mounted behind the cab and fitted with anti-collision protection devices.
(9)The spraying device is equipped with mechanical lifting and safety locking units to prevent sudden dropping caused by hydraulic system faults.
(10)Sensors are installed at the limit positions for retracting and extending the spray boom arms.
(11)It is equipped with an emergency manual backup device. When the hydraulic system fails, all hydraulic movements can be completed manually, and the spray device can be retracted by hand.
(12)Equipped with emergency stop buttons: one inside the cab and one at the rear of the vehicle, used to halt the spreading operation.
(13) Emergency function: The electrically controlled on-off valve is provided with a manual emergency function in case of malfunction.
Introduction to De-icing Fluid Storage System
(1)Total capacity of de-icing fluid storage system: 16,000 liters
(2The liquid storage tank is made of PE material and flexibly connected to the vehicle chassis to eliminate stress caused by chassis vibration. It consists of 8 independent series-connected tanks and is designed for a service life of no less than 15 years.
(3)It is fitted with a de-icing fluid drain assembly for discharging excess fluid in a concentrated manner.
(4)Applicable de-icing fluids include acetate, formate and ethylene glycol. The control system supports preset programming.
(5)It will automatically cut off when the de-icing fluid level is low. In case of malfunction, the pipeline between the de-icing fluid tank and pump can be closed manually.
