It supports solo and fleet operation.With long continuous working time, high efficiency, quick response, low energy consumption and easy maintenance, it removes snow completely with no leftover. It boosts road friction coefficient for safe passage. Fitted with airport pavement magnetic attraction device, it works all year round.
Introduction to De-icing Fluid Spreading System
(1)Adopts a dedicated chassis for airport snow removers. This chassis has been widely applied in such vehicles, featuring mature technology and reliable performance.
(2)Fitted with snow tires, ideal for snow removal operations.
(3)The snow pusher adopts a large-curve design. Drawing on advanced international design concepts and practical application experience of airport snow removers at home and abroad, we have innovatively optimized the structure of the shovel blade. The original gentle arc is redesigned into a large curved top structure. This allows the gathered snow to swirl down rapidly along the large curve at the top and then be discharged, lowering the snow throwing height. It effectively solves the problem that snow would fly upward along the original blade and block the driver's view during operation.
(4)The roller brush is driven by dual hydraulic motors. The brush shaft is manufactured via one-step extrusion forming from aluminum alloy. The brush filaments are made of high-quality imported polypropylene. The brush frame adopts integral welding and is treated with artificial aging vibration to relieve welding residual stress. The assembly is mounted on the bottom of the middle longitudinal beam of the chassis via slewing bearings and brush support brackets.
(5)The blowing unit is equipped with a high-air-volume fan and air ducts featuring optimized internal structure for low air resistance. The air duct adopts a four-post guiding lifting and positioning mechanism, which ensures firm and stable positioning and eliminates the risk of the duct touching the ground due to shaking.

Question: Can the middle roller brush be lifted and lowered?
Answer:Yes.The roller brush bracket secures the brush to the chassis via a rotary disc, and also serves as its lifting mechanism. The roller brush is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders.
Question:What is the working principle of the rear high-speed blower?
Answer: The rear blowing unit is equipped with two air outlets. A high-velocity air duct is formed inside the unit to sweep the entire road surface. It lifts the snow pushed forward and swept by the middle brush with high-speed airflow and blows it further away, effectively improving the snow removal rate.
